- Grant of License
This Editorial Royalty Free (ED-RF) License grants the licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the licensed image(s) for editorial and personal purposes. This is a one-time purchase with unlimited use and no territorial restrictions.
- Permitted Uses
Licensed images may be used unlimited times in all media for editorial and personal purposes, including covers and homepages. Permitted uses include:
- News reporting and commentary
- Educational content
- Non-commercial editorial purposes
- Restrictions
The following uses are explicitly prohibited:
- Commercial use, advertising, or promotional purposes
- Broadcast, OTT/Streaming, and print covers
- Transfer or resale of the license
- Transfer of copyright
- Model and Property Releases
Images licensed under ED-RF may contain identifiable people, property, or trademarks that have not been released for commercial, advertising, or promotional use. No model or property releases are provided with this license.
- Single Use Context
Each image is licensed for single-use in context only. Additional uses require relicensing.
- Copyright
Copyright remains with the original rights holder and their assigns at all times. No resale or transfer of copyright is permitted.
- Exclusivity
Royalty Free Exclusive images are only available from Pavel Gospodinov Photography and are not available on other stock sites.
- Pricing and Taxes
Prices are shown with applicable taxes. Final taxes will be calculated during checkout based on the customer's country.
- Acceptance of Terms

2/ ROYALTY FREE LICENSE AGREEMENT
- Grant of License
By purchasing a Full Royalty Free (RF) image, the licensee is granted unlimited and perpetual usage rights for all purposes. This license provides no complications and allows the licensee to choose the size needed for their specific application.
- Permitted Uses
The licensed image may be used unlimited times across all media formats for the following purposes:
- Editorial use
- Personal use
- Commercial use
- Advertising
- Merchandising
- Restrictions
The following activities are expressly prohibited under this license:
- Transfer of the licensed image to third parties
- Re-sale of the licensed image
- Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a Full Royalty Free (RF) image, the licensee explicitly accepts this Royalty Free agreement as detailed in the complete Terms and Conditions.
- Pricing and Taxes
